When I first found Natural Healing Center, I was feeling so uncomfortable in my body. I was overweight, lethargic, tired, and sedentary. I had a very unhealthy relationship with food. I thought I was eating relatively healthy, but soon learned I was engaging in practices that were not good for my body. I also was struggling with life-long digestive issues and sleep troubles.After beginning my work with Shannon, and adding the augmentation of services to include the BEMR and the Novothor, I can’t tell in adequate words the massive impact I’ve experienced in just 3 months. I’ve lost weight. I have lots of energy. I’ve begun being more physically active. My skin looks better. I’m overall way more healthy. I even tried the jet lag formula when I went overseas having been on the program for two months, and it totally worked. I have LOTS of people noticing me now. I’ve given out a half dozen referrals in the past two weeks. I have to work and stay committed, and when I do, the payoff is incredible. I was having hot flashes, was weak and having stomach aches on top of shakiness, muscle aches and poor sleep. Now no hot flashes, no shaky feelings or stomach aches and great sleep!
