By using these sites and our services, you are acknowledging and accepting these Terms of Serivce. Natural Healing Center and Health Institute, Inc. (hereinafter, “Company”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, so please check this page periodically for changes. It is Natural Healing Center’s priority to ensure the safety and privacy of all its visitors, users and members, especially that of children. Therefore, it is for this reason that the parents of any child under the age of 18 that permit their child or children access to the Natural Healing Center’s Services must create a “family” account, which will certify that the individual creating the “family” account is of 18 years of age and as such, the parent or legal guardian of any child or children registered under the “family” account. As the creator of the “family” account, s/he is thereby granting permission for his/her child or children to access the various Services provided, including, but not limited to, message boards, email, and/or instant messaging. It is the parent’s and/or legal guardian’s responsibility to determine whether any of the Services and/or content provided are age-appropriate for his/her child.

This website is intended to provide true and high-quality information to those seeking improvement in their health. We have natural supplements and services for sale.
Any and all visitors to our site, regardless of whether they are registered or not, shall be deemed as “users” of the herein contained Services provided for the purpose of this Terms Of Service. Once an individual register’s for our services, through the process of creating an account, the user shall then be considered a “member.”
The user and/or member acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided and made available through our website and applications, which may include some mobile applications and that those applications may be made available on various social media networking sites and numerous other platforms and downloadable programs, are the sole property of Natural Healing Center. At its discretion, Natural Healing Center may offer additional website Services and/or products, or update, modify or revise any current content and Services, and this Agreement shall apply to any and all additional Services and/or products and any and all updated, modified or revised Services unless otherwise stipulated. Natural Healing Center does hereby reserve the right to cancel and cease offering any of the aforementioned Services and/or products. You, as the end user and/or member, acknowledge, accept, and agree that Natural Healing Center shall not be held liable for any such updates, modifications, revisions, suspensions, or discontinuance of any of our Services and/or products. Furthermore, the user and/or member understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the Services offered shall be provided “AS IS” and as such Natural Healing Center shall not assume any responsibility or obligation for the timeliness, missed delivery, deletion and/or any failure to store user content, communication or personalization settings.
Calls May be Recorded for Training Purposes
By purchasing a consultation from Natural Healing Center, your Zoom and or audio call may be recorded for training purposes only. Users are responsible for informing our office if they do not wish to have their call recorded.
6. Texting and SMS Compliance
Collection and Use of Personal Information:
We may collect and retain limited personal information such as phone numbers and names solely for the purpose of facilitating effective communication via text messages. This information is obtained through user consent or when necessary for rendering our services. We do not collect any sensitive personal data without your explicit consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The parties agree that any dispute or claim in law or equity arising between them regarding the use of this website or these Terms of Use, including any dispute regarding the enforceability or applicability of this arbitration provision, shall be decided by neutral, binding arbitration conducted in California. The arbitrator shall be a retired judge, justice, or an attorney with at least ten (10) years of legal experience relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise, who shall render an award in accordance with the substantive laws of California. In all other respects, the arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association, subject to the parties being allowed limited discovery.
