Joann is the most compassionate, friendly, understanding, encouraging doctor I have ever had. When I went into the Natural Healing center I was skeptical that I would get help because at that particular moment in time I was let down by my own doctors trying to give me more of what was causing the problem. I found myself in the position of yet again being vulnerable and telling someone how my illness has affected me. I was scared of getting my hopes up and being disappointed again. I was struggling with topical steroid withdrawal (red skin syndrome) on 90 percent of my body because of steroid use. I came in with raw red skin, could barely move my arms and hands and neck. I was depressed had sinus problems. It was painful to walk and do everyday things. I have found my support system at the Natural Healing Center. They saved me. Joann has given me a glimpse of what my life was like in less than 2 months. She’s given me the ability to be able to hug my kids again. My skin color is coming back, my sinuses cleared the first week of my treatment, I have energy to do things, I can now go for a walk in the sun for a short amount of time instead of being stuck inside and ashamed of my skin condition. Joann helped me get my life back. She continuously listens to my concerns and supports me in the way that I need I will forever be grateful. My name is Lorna. I am 67 years old. Before I started the program at NHC, I had been suffering for over two years with a long list of persistent symptoms caused by a 2020 covid infection. I was an early patient at a Long Covid recovery clinic at a major hospital. They did massive amounts of bloodwork and offered some medications, many that had side effects that were sometimes worse than the symptoms I already had. Post covid complications completely derailed my life. I was often unable to get out of bed from the extreme fatigue. I had constant headaches, dizziness, nausea, intermittent fevers, body aches, insomnia, racing heart, tinnitus, and unrelenting gastrointestinal issues. To say I was skeptical about the program at NHC before I started,  is an understatement. I still don’t really understand how it all works, but I decided to trust the process. I credit NHC with giving me my life back. Almost all of my symptoms are gone, and those that persist are far less egregious and certainly less frequent,  and I continue to improve every day. Joann Do is my practitioner,  and I cannot say enough about how safe and cared for she makes me feel. I trust her implicitly. She is kind and dedicated and skilled. I will forever be in her debt.  

06/28/2022  UPDATED REVIEW From cancer to much better life…! This is my third review of the Natural Healing Center in Newport Beach, California. I have been a client (patient) since September 2021. Everything started with an unfortunate bladder cancer diagnosis in June 2021. After the surgery I was recommended immunotherapy treatment to decrease chances of re-occurrence. Faith gave me a bit more time to research my options which led me to discovering the Natural Healing Center. After a very thorough exam and testing I adopted Dr. Shannon’s proposed treatment program. I have mentioned in my previous reviews that I had to make some strong adjustments to my diet and educate myself on how exactly the human body works. I was ignoring some things I already knew not realizing their importance. Of course, I learned a lot more than I was ever anticipating I would know about trying to stay healthy. I was only there to hopefully speed up my recovery, but after following the treatment for only 2-3 short weeks I couldn’t ignore the slew of positive side effects: The pains and aches which I was contributing to just getting older, often trips to the bathroom, poor sleep at night, slow start in the morning, the need of extra cup of coffee late afternoon, constant fatigue… All gone! About 4 months after I started working with Dr. Shannon, I did a thermal imaging scan. When we went over the images and findings, there was nothing mentioned about any issues in the bladder area. Everything seemed to be clear. Can’t tell you how pleased I was with the results. My wife came with me initially just for solidarity, but the positive changes for her were amazing. She was starting her morning with a daily sneezing attack. Just in a month or two her allergies were pretty much nonexistent. My daughter is now off her allergy medication for which she was doing liver screening to make sure the damage is acceptable (!?!) I just completed the 9-month treatment and gladly continuing with maintenance. Just a reminder: I walked in the Natural Healing Center as a post cancer surgery patient hoping to recover. Constantly in pain: hip, knees, lower back, back muscle spasms, neck, limping, almost crippled and trying to survive. Now I can work out almost as I could in my late teens, trying to do splits, flips and somersaults… Well, it was only 4 decades ago. 😊 I would absolutely recommend the Natural Healing Center to anyone for any issues, big or small. They most likely will be able to help you. It certainly worked for myself, and my family and I look forward to continuing working with them.

My anxiety level before starting emotion coding was a solid 9.  After just two months, my anxiety level has dropped to about a 2 and I feel like a completely different person. My blood pressure has dropped and I just feel so much more at peace – especially driving long distances which is just huge for me. I would highly highly highly recommend emotion coding for anybody that feels they’ve been carrying around emotional baggage that they themselves are having a tough time clearing.  Trish has been my practitioner and she is just a real gem – she brings a lot of experience and vantage points to the sessions and her help… for me, has been just invaluable.

Trish is incredible. She was able to zero in on what needed to be cleared and quite honestly, she has moved heaviness that I have experienced for my entire life! I feel I can breathe. Moreover, I’m not self-sabotaging my self. I’m falling into self acceptance and love and making steps to move forward! Thanks Trish!

Joelle and her Emotion Code therapy are both nothing short of amazing. Joelle is so kind and wise beyond her years and such a joy to work with! Her therapy has changed my life for the better so significantly in a very short 6 months. I am more effective at my job now than ever before, my relationships have significantly improved…and I just feel so much lighter, with so much less emotional baggage weighing on me. My body also feels so much more light…I lost 10 pounds, gave up alcohol and coffee all together, and look much better than before I started working with her. Joelle and her therapy are both such a gift from God…I can’t recommend her enough!
