Sports Massage – Fast paced, energizing massage focusing on pain relief with range of motion and stretching. 60 min session
Acupressure – Accurate point pressure to increase circulation via Traditional Chinese Medicine, peacefulness and health (usually light pressure on each point). 60 min session
