Ingredients:

Ground Dry Crunchy:
Chia
Pumpkin Seeds
Hemp
Flax
Sesame Seed
Pecans
Buckwheat

Sunsoaked:
Sunflower Seeds
Flax
Buckwheat
Amaranth

Ingredients:

Sunsoaked:
Sunflower Seeds
Flax
Buckwheat
Amaranth

Directions:
Soak for 24 hour
  • 2 cups of sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup of flax
  • 1 cup of buckwheat
  • 1 cup of amaranth

Puree soaked ingredients like a batter/paste and add crunchy ingredients

Mix in ½ of Raw ALmond Butter, ½ cup of Sunflower Seed Oil & Stevia and Cinnamon, or just Cinnamon Stevia

Place on a pan covered with parchment paper and let it dehydrate for 24 hours

Flip over ½ way through

After 24 hours… ENJOY!
