Protein Smoothie Recipe

Blend all ingredients together

  • 1-2 scoops protein powder (Some brands we recommend are Jay Robb Egg White Powder, Ancient Nutrition, Paleo Pro, and Sachi Inchi Seed Powder)
  • 1 handful lightly steamed then frozen zucchini (make a big batch for smoothies for the week)
  • 1 handful of leafy greens like swiss chard (option to freeze in advance)
  • 1 cup unsweetened nut/seed milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • ice
  • Chia, flax or hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp nut/seed butter (optional)
  • 1/2 avocado (optional – will be more like a smoothie bowl)
