Blend all ingredients together
- 1-2 scoops protein powder (Some brands we recommend are Jay Robb Egg White Powder, Ancient Nutrition, Paleo Pro, and Sachi Inchi Seed Powder)
- 1 handful lightly steamed then frozen zucchini (make a big batch for smoothies for the week)
- 1 handful of leafy greens like swiss chard (option to freeze in advance)
- 1 cup unsweetened nut/seed milk
- 1/2 cup water
- ice
- Chia, flax or hemp seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp nut/seed butter (optional)
- 1/2 avocado (optional – will be more like a smoothie bowl)
