Paleo Butter and Garlic Cream Sauce


  • 1/3 cup Ghee or Miyoko’s Butter
  • 1 cup of Hemp Milk or Coconut Milk
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Arrowroot flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil


1. In a sauce pan, melt Ghee over medium heat

2. Add Garlic and let cook for 1 min.

3. Add in Arrowroot Flour and Whisk to combine

4. Pour 1/2 cup of Hemp or Coconut Milk and Whisk

5. When Sauce Begins to get slightly thick, add in the other 1/2 cup of hemp or coconut milk, parsley and basil

6. Continue to Wisk for a few minutes until sauce becomes thick

7. Serve over Shirataki or Palm Noodles, Baked Chicken, or Veggies
