Paleo Bread Recipe

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 1 hour
Yield: 1 loaf of bread (approx. 10 slices)


3 cups (330g) almond flour (see below for substitution)
½ cup + 2 tbsp (150ml) olive oil or coconut oil
¼ cup (60ml) almond milk (or water)
3 eggs
2 tsp (9g) baking powder
1 tsp (5g) baking soda
¼ tsp (2g) salt

*substitution: 2/3 cup almond flour and 1/3 cup pumpkin seed flour, and 1 tsp of salt


Preheat oven to 300F (149C)

Grease a loaf pan (9in by 5in (22.5cm by 12.5cm)) with olive oil or coconut oil

Mix together all the ingredients
Pour the batter into the pan and spread so that it fills the pan evenly

Bake for 60 minutes

Let cool, flip pan, and cut into slices with a bread knife
