Oriental Lettuce Wraps


Fresh Alfalfa Sprouts
Lettuce of your choice (preferably leaf lettuce)
Broccoli Stalks (Phase 2)
Cooked Asparagus
Any additional variety of green vegetables that you like
Sea Salt to taste (optional)


Dice small or grate all ingredients.

Toss with 1 tsp of approved salad dressings (olive oil, sesame oil, or coconut oil).

Add fresh alfalfa sprouts and toss.

Spoon vegetables into fresh, washed lettuce leaves of your choice preferably leaf lettuce.

Roll cabbage roll style and enjoy
