Surprisingly easy and good – a great compliment to bean soup or chili!
½ Cup Almond Flour
¾ Cup Brown Rice Flour
½ Cup Amaranth or Seed Flour
(Amounts and types of flours can be varied -just be sure they total 1-¾ Cups)
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
2 Tbsp oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly oil an 8” square or 9” round pan.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix just until blended.
Pour into greased pan and bake for 20 minutes.
