Healthy Stir-Fried Noodles


  • Protein of choice (fish, chicken, ground beef)
  • Phase 1 veggies of choice (I suggest zucchini, bok choy, and celery.)
  • Shirataki, buckwheat or hearts of palm noodles
  • Salt
  • Coconut aminos
  • Sesame seed oil
  • Optional add-in: 1-2 eggs
  • if on Phase 2 add-in options: ginger, garlic, onion


  • Saute protein of choice (fish, chicken, ground beef). Remove from pan. 
  • Add and saute Phase 1 veggies of choice in same pan.
  • Rinse and drain shirataki or hearts of palm noodles, or you can use cooked and drained buckwheat noodles.
  • Add protein and noodles to veggies in saute pan. 
  • Mix and season with salt and coconut aminos to taste.
  • Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame seed oil.
  • Optional add-in: Scramble 1-2 eggs on the side and add to noodles.
