The focus of the care he delivers centers on restoring mental, emotional and physical well-being in order to optimize human potential. This is achieved through the delivery of chiropractic care with the intent of clearing the nervous system of imbalances that are the result of structural shifts in the spine from stresses in all their varied forms. The role of chiropractic is one of restoring balance in the human body in order that the inherent-intelligence-within may function without interference. Krista is passionate about working with moms through their birthing journey. Her passion stems from her own traumatic birth experience and the transition to becoming a mother. Krista uses education as empowerment, allowing women to have a gentle birth experience, one that is free of fear, doubts, and negativity.
