English Toffee Pecan Bars

Ingredients:

3 eggs, beaten
1 cup almond or pecan flour
¼ cup light coconut milk
30 drops English Toffee liquid Stevia
½ cup pecan halves
½ cup or more pecan pieces (smaller)
¼ cup light coconut milk
30 drops English Toffee liquid Stevia

Directions:

Grease a shallow 9” square pan with coconut oil

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl, mixing thoroughly.
Spread in bottom of the greased pan.
Top evenly with pecan halves, then sprinkle the smaller pecan pieces around to fill in “gaps” so surface is completely covered with pecans.

In a small cup, combine the final ¼ cup coconut milk and 30 drops of stevia. Drizzle this mixture over the top of the pecan surface.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. After removing from the oven, run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen. Then, cool (or not) and remove from the pan.
