Chicken Salad

  • 3 cups of Cooked Chicken, chopped or shredded (Tip: use rotisserie chicken from Spouts or Whole Foods to save time)
  • 2 Stocks of Celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup of chopped Pecans
  • 2/3 cup of homemade or Primal Kitchen Mayo
  • Parsley leaves, minced to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup Onion, diced (Phase 2)
  • 1/2 tsp of Lemon Juice (Phase 2)

Mix all of the ingredients together and enjoy!
