- 3 cups of Cooked Chicken, chopped or shredded (Tip: use rotisserie chicken from Spouts or Whole Foods to save time)
- 2 Stocks of Celery, diced
- 1/2 cup of chopped Pecans
- 2/3 cup of homemade or Primal Kitchen Mayo
- Parsley leaves, minced to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- 1/4 cup Onion, diced (Phase 2)
- 1/2 tsp of Lemon Juice (Phase 2)
Mix all of the ingredients together and enjoy!
