Chia Pudding

Mix ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. 

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk  
  • 6 drops or so till desired taste of liquid sweet leaf stevia
  • Other add-in options: pumpkin seeds, almond butter, vanilla extract, coconut, cinnamon, etc.  
  • Phase 2 add-in options: blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, dates (if test)
