Breadless French Toast


  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond or pecan flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • dash of salt
  • 20 drops Vanilla Crème liquid Stevia
  • 10 (or so) pecan halves


  • Lightly grease a small skillet or pan and preheat over medium
  • Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well with fork
  • When skillet is hot, drop the pecans in. Immediately add batter.
  • Allow to cook 2-3 minutes, then gently turn over.
  • When batter is no longer wet-looking, your ‘French Toast” is done.
