Ingredients:
1/3 cup Almond Flour, 1/3 cup Sesame Seeds, 1/3 cup Sunflower Seeds, 1/3 cup Flaxseed or Chia seeds, 1/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds, 1 tsp. Psyllium Husk, 1 tsp. Pink Salt, 1 cup Boiling Water, 1/4 cup Coconut oil, 15 drops of Vanilla Liquid Stevia (to taste)
NOTE: use all Raw Organic Seeds
Directions:
1.Preheat Oven to 300 degrees
2. Mix all Dry Ingredients in a bowl
3. Add Oil and Boiling Water to dry ingredients
4. Work dough to form a ball & gel like consistency
5. Place 1/2 the dough on Parchment paper, place a second piece of parchment on top of the dough, Press with your hand to flatten, then finish rolling dough flat with a rolling pin
6. Transfer to cookie sheet with parchment paper, then remove top parchment paper, Repeat Step 5+6 with the other 1/2 of the dough
7. Bake for 40-45min.
8. Turn off oven, crack oven door open and leave crackers in oven to dry
9. Once Crackers are dry and cool, break into peices
10. Store Crackers in an Air Tight container
